Why should I create a login account?

Creating a login account allows you to check the status on pending orders and update any saved information. Having an account also helps us find you in our database if we ever need to contact you. An account also allows you to save preferred addresses and payment details, saving you time on future orders. 

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 1:00 pm usually ship out the same day. However, we make sure to process all orders within 1-2 business days. We do not process orders on weekends and holidays.

How do I return a product?

I bought the wrong item. Can I return it?

You may return items for a refund as long as you are still within the refund period and meet our return policy conditions.

Can I add items to orders already placed?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to add items. You may either cancel your order and place a new order with all the items needed, or place a second order for missing items.

Can I place orders for items not in stock?

We do not sell back order products. Out of stock products will be visible in our store, but cannot be added to your shopping cart. There will be a form available on the out of stock product for you to leave your email, should you want to be notified when the product is back in stock.
